We hope that you are always completely satisfied with any items you purchase from Northern Classics. If there is a problem with a purchase please contact us for a return authorization number. Please return the product with all original packing and packaging. Most products may be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of the date of original delivery to you provided that the products are returned in their original condition.
